3D Industrial Design

3D Industrial Design is a complete design service. We are based in country Victoria in the heart of the food bowl. Our area is rich in food processing industries and all the support services. We have many years of design and manufacturing experience in the food industry including dairy products, fruit and vegetable, wine, poultry processing and ice.

Using the latest tools for plant, project or complete site measurement including laser scanning and UAV photogrammetry, we can very quickly capture millions of data points and create extremely accurate 3D models and 2D plans in various CAD and viewing formats.

Using this data we will work with your project managers to produce concept drawings and 3D models for machinery, piping, structure, access equipment etc that can be combined with scan or CAD data.

Combined “as-built” and new concept data can be viewed in an online or USB shareable walkthrough virtual reality, 3D models, video animations and high-quality 2D drawings. Using the latest software we can reverse engineer products and optimise concepts with generative design tools and provide functional prototypes and end-use parts with additive manufacturing/3D printing.

Approved designs can be checked with finite element analysis with independent engineer assessments, simulation animations with conflict detection and highly detailed workshop instructions and easy to read fabrication drawings can be provided.
